The following tells you the terms and conditions on which we sell any of the item(s) listed on Shoppy. You are recommended to read them before your purchase. Shoppy reserves the right to change these Terms of Sale from time to time. Order and Payment
Please check that the details of your order are correct before you click the "Checkout" button. Even if payment has been settled, it is not an acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order occurs, and the contract comes into existence and is performed by us, when we send you a confirmation email confirming that we have accepted your order. Please check the details of the order on the confirmation email and let us know as soon as possible if there is any error in your order. You should print off a copy of the confirmation email for your record.
There is no contract between you and us unless and until we have accepted your order by sending a confirmation email. We may accept or reject your order in our absolute discretion and for any reason including we are unable to obtain authorisation of your credit card or debit card payment; we believe or suspect that payment is not being made by the person in whose name the credit card or debit card is registered or that the transaction is otherwise fraudulent; you have not provided us with all of the necessary order details that we require; we are unable to contact you on the e-mail address or telephone number(s) that you give us; or there is an error in the price of the item(s) displayed on Shoppy.
The availability of the item(s) that you wish to order is indicated on the Shoppy. This is an indication of availability only and is not a warranty that the item(s) are available. If after you submit your order the item(s) that you have ordered are not available, we will e-mail you to inform you of this and please refer to “FAQ” for further details.
We may correct any typographical, clerical or other error in any document or information that we send to you without incurring any liability to you.
The descriptions of the item(s) and images of the item(s) are for illustration purposes only and, although we believe that they are correct at the time of posting, we cannot guarantee that they are a completely accurate representation of the item(s). Shades of colours on the images and/or how they are displayed on your computer screen may vary from the actual shades of the colours of the item(s) and we cannot accept liability for these variations. The price for the item(s) that you order will be the price shown here from time to time, except in the case of an error in the price. We do our best to ensure that the prices stated here are correct. If, however, we discover after you have submitted your order that the price stated here is incorrect, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the error and inform you of the correct price. If the correct price is higher than the price originally displayed here, you can choose between confirming your order and paying the correct(higher) price for the item(s) or cancelling your order. If you do not choose either of these options, we will be entitled to reject your order.
If you order item(s) from Shoppy for delivery outside Singapore, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have not control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the item(s) are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such loss.
All credit card and debit card payments are subject to authorisation by the relevant card issuer. We will not despatch the item(s) to you until your payment is authorised and received by us. We will not be liable for any delay in supplying or non-supply of the item(s) resulting from your card issuer's delay in authorising, or refusal to authorise, payment on your credit card or debit card.
Shipping 2.1 Subject to the item(s) that you have ordered being in stock, we aim to despatch the item(s) to you within 3 days of receiving your order. Please see our “FAQ” for expected delivery dates. Please note that the expected delivery date is an estimate only and the delivery date is subject to Singpost. We cannot accept liability for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of your order which is caused by Singpost.
