RETURN POLICY

Shoppy has a strong dedication to customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to our address for a full shoppy credit minus shipping costs, as soon as we have inspected the items and deemed that they warrant a refund.

 

In this way, Shoppy makes shopping easy, safe and secure, ensuring that you are 100% happy with your purchase and taking any risk out of purchasing online.

 

Our policy lasts 7 days within your order's original receipt date unless otherwise stated on the product's page. All return items must have original tags and packaging; and has not been installed, used, or modified (i.e. your item must be in the same condition that you received it). If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect for verification.
 

HOW TO RETURN

Note: The returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you package your items well and use a signed for service to return them to reduce the risk of damage or loss in transit.

For the avoidance of doubt, you shall be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) to us OR you may deposit the item physically to our office.  It is strongly recommended to deliver with tracking information and we shall not be liable for any return item(s) that are lost or damaged. It is to be noted that all items are NOT refundable. We shall have the absolute discretion to decide whether Shoppy credit(s) shall be awarded on case by case basis and you shall be allowed to purchase other item(s) at our site by the equivalent Shoppy credit(s). You could choose to top up the shortfall by cash if the value of the newly selected item(s) is/are higher than the returned item(s).  All Shoppy credit(s) are NOT refundable.

Should it be verified and confirmed that a defective or incorrect merchandise has been delivered to you, the shipping costs for returning the item(s) and sending the new or correct merchandise shall be borne by us.

RETURN PROCESSING

Once we receive your return item(s), kindly allow 7 working days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when the return process is finished and shall inform you of the relevant details.

 

NOTE

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including but not limited to, intimate or sanitary goods and personal care items for hygiene cause. Kindly refer to the respective products page for details.
