- It usually takes 3 to 4 working days from the date of posting, however there are cases where the mail could be delayed for 10 to 14 working days. Kindly understand the Seller has no means to check and verify the delivery status for normal mail.

- In the event where the item cannot be fit in your mailbox, the postman may deliver it to your doorstep. However if no one is in, a delivery note will be left to inform you to collect the parcel from the nearest post office to your address.

- Not tracked, so there is chance that the item may be delayed or get lost on its way! In the case of “Lost Mail”, the Seller will not be liable for any refund or replacement item. If you suspect your mail is lost, do check your mailbox and check with the nearest post office to your address. If the item still has not surfaced, leave us an inquiry and we will look out for return parcels sent back to us.

- Do also note that the Seller will not be liable for any damage caused during delivery by Normal Mail. However, we would take all precautions to package your item safely before sending it to you.
