as made on the day I was traveling when I had specifically informed Shoppy that I will be traveling during that period, to which they had confirmed that delivery would be made when I return from my travel.
Shoppy and the supplier then confirmed that delivery would be made a day after I returned from my travel. I took the day off to wait for the delivery, to which no delivery was made. I called the supplier and Shoppy and was redirected between and to one another a few times. Finally to which I was informed delivery would be made the following day instead of the day they said delivery would be made.
I kicked up a huge fuss, as I was very, very annoyed that I had taken leave for nothing and the delivery service was so poorly managed by Shoppy. After much argument with both Shoppy, the driver / delivery service company, I finally received the product I ordered on the day they mentioned they would deliver it.
And it was an even bigger disappointment. I would hardly call this kitchen rack a rack, as it is made out of thin plastic which looked like plastic folders! It looked nowhere as sturdy and as good quality as its pictures. After I put it together (instructions were all in Chinese but luckily it wasn't too hard to figure out) and moved all my kitchen equipment on it, the entire rack is now shaking and looks like it will fall anytime.
The end result? I ordered another kitchen rack from Lazada immediately after. Hopefully this one will be more sturdy. I will never buy from Shoppy again after this terrible experience with them. Read LessRead less about Overall, I am very disappointed with
